Until I saw on FB "The 20 Most Beautiful Bookstores in the World," I never thought of traveling around to look at bookstores. However, I must admit, that I love to go into bookstores and card stores wherever I travel. Someday, perhaps that can be more of a goal.

They look almost like churches.
I am reading a wonderful book entitled "The Rise and Fall of the Bible: The Unexpected History of an Accidental Book" by Timothy Beal. He writes that we should refer to the Bible as a library rather than a unified book. I highly recommend it.
