Bro. Richard has a dualistic way of trying to say non-dualistic things. I guess that shows how hard it is to transcend the dualistic universe in which we live (or at least our perception of it). If there is an "only" way to do or to be something, then it excludes all other ways. The statement divides reality in two: this one way and all the rest.
